Objective

Student is aware of the processes and roles in producing social services and learn to manage them.

Content

Various providers: public, private and third sector and changes related to them
Complex organizations, changing settings and the concequences to clients.

Student is able to descibe different complex organisations and settings for social service provision.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Student is able to compare different complex organisations and settings for social service provision and consider the concequences from the clients' point of view.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student is able to analyse critically the different types and settings of service production and envision the concequences for clients, services providers and esoecially the staff.
