Objective

Student is able to identify the core conceptual tensions involved in strategic renewal and some of the theoretical foundations of strategic renewal. The student is able to identify trends and developments in the operating environment on firm and industry level. The student can evaluate the impact of the identified change drivers on business and analyze the value creation of an organization in a changing world. Student can recognize and assess new business opportunities.
