Objective
Students are able to understand the significance of learning and development in the organizational context. They know the basic principles of learning and development management and they know how to evaluate and develop human capital, i.e., people's capabilities – at the same time, engage and motivate talents. Students have the capability to articulate the learning and development management process. They can actively engage in identifying, managing, and enhancing learning and competencies, contributing to the overall development of business within an organization.

The student has shown a good ability to understand the terminology of learning and development management and apply the learning to practical business. The student is able to utilize the practices of a learning organization and agile learning. The student can apply models of learning that facilitate continuous workplace learning and development.

The student has excelled in their course studies, displaying a high level of active participation in coursework.
