Objective
The student can apply applicable regulation of financial accounting when recording transactions and preparing financial statements, is able to outline the process of preparing financial statements and explain how different business transactions and documents affect the content of the financial statements. The student can analyze the accounts and the financial statements, which present a company in financial terms, and is able to name and recognize many tasks of financial accounting. The student can recognize business transactions and documents connected with financial accounting and the preparation of financial statements.
The student is able to prepare the financial statements and the board of directors' report. The student is able to analyze questions regarding shareholders' equity in a corporation and can estimate and analyze the state of equity. The student is able to use valid sources of information to solve problems.
The student is able to read and analyze articles written in English. The student can find information from sources in English and knows the major international sources of information and organizations in the field.

The student is able to give a simple analysis on the accounts and the financial statements, which present a company in financial terms, and is able to name and recognize the most common tasks of the financial accounting. The student is able to recognize the core business transactions and documents connected with financial accounting and the preparation of financial statements.
The student is able to prepare the financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, notes to the financial statements) and the board of directors? report. The student is able to analyze the principal questions regarding shareholders? equity in a corporation, and is able to estimate and analyze the state of equity.
