The student has completed most part of the first year studies and social guidance (general social guidance study module).
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student recognizes the concept of social guidance from the perspective of immigrants and understands the specific characteristics related to it. The student is able to identify key legislation and services related to immigration. The student recognizes the operating methods and principles of customer and service coordination, taking into account immigrant participation and network-based approaches. The student is able to name the stages of integration.The student is able to explain the service needs, resources, and opportunities for equal participation of immigrants.
The student is able to describe work orientations related to immigration and understands the ethical principles involved in social guidance for immigrants.
