Pass
The student identifies and describes research and development topics that are relevant to the professional field in a well-founded manner.
The student prepares a research plan that meets the requirements of the thesis.
The student identifies and defines concepts that are relevant to the thesis.
The student identifies and takes into account issues related to research ethics.
The student takes into account the requirements related to data protection and confidentiality in their plan.
The student is familiar with the thesis guidelines and licensing practices.
The student identifies their own role and that of their supervisor in the thesis process.
Fail
The student does not identify or describe research and development topics, or they are not relevant to the professional field. The student does not prepare a research plan that meets the requirements of the thesis. The student does not identify and define concepts that are central to the thesis. The student does not recognize or take into account research ethics issues. The student does not take into account data protection and confidentiality requirements in their work. The student does not familiarize themselves with the thesis guidelines and licensing practices.
