Objective
The overall aim of the practical training is to familiarize students with essential work tasks in the field of construction and to provide them with an opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge in practice. Another aim is to integrate theoretical knowledge and practice and to give a realistic overview of the requirements and practices in the construction field.

Familiarization with work tasks, construction techniques, occupational safety and various workplace practices in the field of construction. Students draw up a report of their practical training period. Students also regularly write learning diaries throughout the practical training period.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The student gives in the report, diary and testimonial to the supervisor.

During the first and second years of study, students may undertake a maximum of 15 cr of practical training.
