Objective

After this course student knows how sustainable vehicle aftermarket sector works and ?understands how digitalization is affecting in it. Student can also comprehend how circular economy ?works in automotive aftermarket sector and how it connects to sustainability.
- Be able to evaluate repair shop processes and know the importance of customer service
- Be able to analyse various aspects of the circular economy in aftermarket sector
- Can suggest procedures for improving the quality and processes in a vehicle aftermarket sector

Student will also be able to point out different sustainability aspects in the terms of using ?different transportation systems. Student will understand how change in vehicle powertrains is reflecting to ?automotive aftersales functions, considering technological and economical aspects.
- Can analyse environmental issues concerning vehicle maintenance and end-of-life operations
- Be able to identify and explain common economic key indicators
- Know how to seek latest information about vehicle aftermarket sector, vehicle population management and legislation
