Objective

After completing the course, the student:
- Understands the concepts of production control and becomes familiar with production planning and control, particularly through rough-cut planning.
- Knows how to apply material requirements planning and inventory management methods.
- Is able to use a production control system effectively in future work tasks.
- Can plan production from the perspective of resource efficiency and sustainable development.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory (1-2) The student knows the basic concepts of production management and how to identify and analyse different production methods and their application in industry.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3-4): The student masters the essentials of operations and production management. The student is able to analyse different production methods and their application in different industries.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5): The student can utilize the learned skills in the exercises, exam and in the demo enterprise
