Objective

The student is able to:
- Clearly describe their own competencies in the cultural field
- Create a professionally made public profile displaying competencies and experience
- Explain the nature of gig economy and analyze their own economy
- Interpret the rules and structures of working life in their own action
- Understand the fiscal effects of different company and employment forms on their own economy
- Plan their job search process

- Labour relations matters and safety at work in the professional field
- Employee's responsibilities and duties
- Job search processes (applications, CV, preparation for interviews)
- Professional portfolio
- Hidden jobs
- Ability to jump out of the traditions of one's own field and apply one's competencies in new contexts
- Nature of temporary jobs and project work as well as the management of one's own economy and taxation

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass: The student attends the meetings related to the course and shows the competencies defined in the learning goals during them and/or completes the possible assignments related to the course adequately.
Fail: The student does not achieve the learning goals of the course and is not able to show their competencies.
