Objective

Students get to know the whole of facility services. They understand the importance of the facilities and facility services to the core competence of the company. They study the strategies of property and facility management and the acquisition basics of services. They are able to estimate and draw comparisons between different facility services and they learn to understand the management of facility services as a part of the real estate management of the company.
