Student knows the concepts related to cloud services and their purposes of use. Student knows the interfaces and functionalities of the cloud services introduced during the course. Student can make applications which send data to the cloud services in question.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Basics of programming
Service models of cloud services:
o Software as a Service (SaaS)
o Platform as a Service (PaaS)
o Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Getting acquainted with different cloud services:
o Microsoft Azure
o Siemens MindSphere
o Wapice IoT-Ticket
Practical exercises on the above mentioned cloud services are included in the course.
Student has satisfactory knowledge of the basics of cloud services. Student can make a simple application which sends data to some cloud service introduced during the course.
Student has good knowledge of the basics of cloud services. Student is able to apply the gained knowledge and to utilise alredy existing code examples in order to make applications which communicate with cloud services.
Student has excellent knowledge of the basics of cloud services. Student can create independently applications that communicate with different cloud services and also test them and search for possible mistakes in them.
