Objective
Competence in structural engineering
Students know how to use CAD programmes. They know the characteristics of and differences between "traditional" drawings and BIM and the rules governing modelling.
Competence in the construction process
Students know how to work in a construction project based on BIM. They understand the principles of BIM in the project and know the basics of BIM programs. They are able to take into account the boundary conditions and operating methods required by general information model requirements. They are able to utilize the features of different software programs in industry-specific tasks.
