Objective
Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field.

They are able to apply different methods and modify their own activities in different working life situations and when working with different people. They know the basics of the labour law and are able to search for information in a collective agreement.

Students know the principal matters about management very well. They are able to fluently apply different methods and modify their own activities in different working life situations and when working with different people, adjusting their management to match each situation and the needs of the subordinates. They know the basics of the labour legislation well and are able to search for information in a collective agreement as well as to apply the labour law and the collective agreement in practical problems of working life.
