Objective
Competence in the construction process
Students are familiar with the most commonly used contract terms in building construction and their special features. Students are familiar with the effects of legislation and contract terms on contractual relationships. They understand the responsibilities and obligations of the contract. They know how to plan and justify the procurement under supervision. Students know the KSE2013, RYHT2000 and YSE1998 used as contract terms and the relevant ones in conflict situations. They know how to distinguish between modification and additional work, and the special measures they require in a construction contract.

Students are able to define the basic concepts related to the terms and conditions of procurement, consulting, and contracting agreements. They are familiar with the basics of the KSE 2013, YSE 1998, and RYHT2000 terms and conditions. They are familiar with the main principles of legal practice in the construction industry.

Students are able to define concepts related to procurement, consulting, and contracting terms and conditions. They have a good understanding of the main points of the KSE 2013, YSE 1998, and RYHT2000 terms and conditions. They are familiar with legal practices in the construction industry. Students are able to apply their knowledge to different situations and challenges in construction projects.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Students are able to accurately define concepts related to procurement, consulting, and contracting terms and conditions. Students have an excellent understanding of the contents of KSE 2013, YSE 1998, and RYHT2000 terms and conditions. They have an excellent understanding of legal practices in the construction industry. Students are able to apply their knowledge excellently to different situations in construction projects.
