The student is able to find an appropriate trainee position and negotiate their duties, masters the interaction skills required in working life, is able to apply what they have learnt before to their trainee job, is able to analyse their needs for learning
Content
Guided practical training at a workplace agreed on in advance
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The practical training is passed successfully when
- The student participates in the search for the trainee position
- Makes a traineeship contract with the employer
- Copes with the duties of the trainee job
- Submits a traineeship report as required
