Osaamistavoitteet

Students know the specific features of online communication and differences between communication in traditional media and new media. They know how to communicate interactively and effectively on the internet. They know the communicative structure of websites. They know how to make use of the world wide web and social media in business. They are able to take cross-cultural aspects into consideration in online communication.

Very good (5): The student has an excellent knowledge of the characteristics of online communication. He/she is able to recognize, assess and produce good online communication and adapt communication to suit the web.
Good (4-3). The student has a good knowledge of the main characteristics of online communication. He/she is able to recognize good online communication and adapt communication to suit the web.
Satisfactory (2-1): The student knows the essential characteristics of online communication and is able to identify the main features of good online communication.
